gr bacaba or milpesos fruits
sufficient water
pinch honey or sugar to taste
Directions
- Wash the fruits well and leave them soaking with water that covers them; when they are soft remove the water and mash them until they are like a dough.
- Add cold water stirring well so it has liquid consistency; pass it through a plastic strainer for a first straining.
- For a second straining use a cloth strainer.
- After the second straining, it's ready to drink to taste with ice and honey, as a refreshing drink that is a nutritional complement.
