Ingredients
1500 gr bacaba or milpesos fruits
sufficient water
pinch honey or sugar to taste
Directions
  1. Wash the fruits well and leave them soaking with water that covers them; when they are soft remove the water and mash them until they are like a dough.
  2. Add cold water stirring well so it has liquid consistency; pass it through a plastic strainer for a first straining.
  3. For a second straining use a cloth strainer.
  4. After the second straining, it's ready to drink to taste with ice and honey, as a refreshing drink that is a nutritional complement.
