- Cook the breadfruits for 20 minutes, remove, peel and grind.
- Dilute this masa in the coconut milk and cook over low heat.
- Add the syrup, lime leaves and seasonings.
- Cook stirring with a wooden spoon until done (about 35 minutes).
- Let cool in a mold to set.
