  1. Cook the breadfruits for 20 minutes, remove, peel and grind.
  2. Dilute this masa in the coconut milk and cook over low heat.
  3. Add the syrup, lime leaves and seasonings.
  4. Cook stirring with a wooden spoon until done (about 35 minutes).
  5. Let cool in a mold to set.
