1000 gr huito or jagua (genipap)
2 piece(s) bottles of cane aguardiente
500 gr sugar
Directions
  1. Prepare a syrup with sugar and water, and let cool.
  2. Separately wash and chop the huito, remove the seeds, and put in a wide-mouthed bottle.
  3. Add syrup and aguardiente, and macerate for 20-30 days.
