Ingredients
1000 gr corn flour
250 gr wheat flour
1000 gr cuajada ground with a fork
500 gr butter
4 piece(s) eggs
2 cup(s) sugar
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Mix the butter with 1 cup of sugar and the eggs until achieving a homogeneous dough. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350 ºF.
  2. Reserve ½ cup of wheat flour and add the rest to the mixture along with the corn flour and a pinch of salt, without stopping beating. Once the dough is smooth let it rest.
