pinch salt to taste
Directions
- Mix the butter with 1 cup of sugar and the eggs until achieving a homogeneous dough. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 350 ºF.
- Reserve ½ cup of wheat flour and add the rest to the mixture along with the corn flour and a pinch of salt, without stopping beating. Once the dough is smooth let it rest.
