Directions
- The meat pieces (cut to approximately 6 x 6 cm) are left marinating from the day before with all the seasonings, including the beer.
- On the day of preparation, put the meat to cook in 3 cups of water with the marinating juices.
- Then, in a pan with little oil, brown to medium doneness or to taste.
