Ingredients
500 gr pork ribs, chopped into small pieces
500 gr green beans
2 piece(s) scallion stalks, chopped
2 piece(s) garlic cloves, crushed
2 piece(s) tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1 tsp rosemary, ground
1 tsp thyme, ground
2 piece(s) bay leaves
1 piece(s) glass of dry white wine (optional)
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Cook the beans in 6 cups of water until soft and soupy, approximately 45 minutes.
  2. Separately, season the ribs with wine, rosemary, thyme, bay leaf, pepper and salt, and let marinate a bit.
  3. Then fry in some of their own fat until golden, and add onion, garlic, tomatoes and one cup of bean broth.
  4. Let the preparation conserve for 15 minutes, mix with hot beans, and stir everything.
  5. Serve with arepas and white rice.
