Ingredients
3 cup(s) white beans
12 cup(s) water
500 gr pork leg, chopped
2 tbsp grated panela
1 piece(s) spoonful of oregano, ground
2 piece(s) onions, grated
1 cup(s) tomato paste
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Put all ingredients to cook over medium heat for 2 hours, approximately, covering the pot and stirring a little a couple of times.
  2. After the beans are tender, serve accompanied by rice.
