1 kg yuca (cassava)
pinch salt to taste
oil
Directions
  1. Cook the yuca peeled and cut in pieces following the vein.
  2. When very soft, freeze it.
  3. Heat a pan with very hot oil or lard and fry the yuca while still frozen.
  4. This procedure ensures it comes out fluffy and delicious.
  5. Sprinkle the pieces with salt and serve (be careful with oil splattering when putting the frozen yuca to fry).
