Directions
- Cook the yuca peeled and cut in pieces following the vein.
- When very soft, freeze it.
- Heat a pan with very hot oil or lard and fry the yuca while still frozen.
- This procedure ensures it comes out fluffy and delicious.
- Sprinkle the pieces with salt and serve (be careful with oil splattering when putting the frozen yuca to fry).
