Ingredients
1000 gr white fariña (cassava flour)
500 gr chicken skin and giblets, or fatty meats, finely chopped
125 gr butter or margarine
2 piece(s) finely chopped head onions
5 piece(s) finely chopped red and green bell peppers
5 clove(s) crushed garlic cloves
pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Sauté the chicken giblets in butter, together with onions, bell peppers, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add the fariña and let cook, stirring constantly, until it acquires a golden tone.
