piece(s) panela (unrefined cane sugar) in syrup

gr cheese, grated

tbsp chocolate spices (ground cinnamon and cloves)
pinch pinch of salt
Directions
- Put the grated yuca in a bowl, add the grated coconut (mix well), then the chocolate spices, syrup, cheese and salt.
- Knead everything well and pour into a previously greased mold.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°, for 20 minutes, until it passes the knife test.
