Directions
- Peel and cut the ñame, cook in water until tender and grind.
- Separately grate the coconut and extract approximately 4 cups of coconut milk.
- Mix the ground ñame with coconut milk and add sugar.
- Cook the mixture with a cinnamon stick or a teaspoon of this spice in powder, stirring constantly until the sweet comes off the pot; that is, when stirring with the spoon you can see the bottom of it. If desired, raisins can be added.
