Directions
- Cook the pejibayes and process not too finely.
- Beat the eggs, sugar and pejibayes.
- Then add the soft butter, salt, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, evaporated milk, baking powder and raisins. Mix well and pour into a rectangular mold.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425°, then lower temperature to 350° for 30 minutes.
