Ingredients
2 1/2 cup(s) heavy cream
2 tbsp instant coffee dissolved in one cup hot water
1 piece(s) unflavored gelatin packet
3/4 cup(s) sugar
Directions
  1. Beat the heavy cream and incorporate the dissolved instant coffee and gelatin with the sugar.
  2. Beat everything well, put in a mold and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
  3. Before serving, beat a little to recover its plasticity.
