Directions
- Marinade 4 green onion stalks, ground · 2 garlic cloves, ground · ½ teaspoon bay leaf, ground · ½ teaspoon oregano, ground · ¼ cup lemon juice · salt, pepper and cumin to taste.
- Marinate the pieces rubbing well and let macerate a few hours.
- Then marinate in beer for 2 hours, remove, drain and grill over charcoal on a grill until they brown on both sides.
- Serve with onion paste and arepas.
