Ingredients
1 maíz
2 rollitos de jamaica
2 dulce
3 manitas de jengibre
1 paquetito de clavo de olor
Directions
  1. Cook corn to medium doneness, then grind and place in container with 5 gallons water and boil.
  2. In another container with 4 gallons water, add jamaica, ginger, cloves, and dulce.
  3. After boiling, let rest for 24 hours and place both mixtures in container to use (barrel or clay jar) and let ferment with 2 blocks of dulce for 8 days (must strain mixture containing jamaica).
  4. To serve, sweeten with dulce de tapa to taste.
