Ingredients
2 cup(s) pre-cooked corn flour
25 piece(s) bijao leaves or corn husks
250 gr hard queso costeño, ground (optional)
Directions
  1. Place 2 cups of pre-cooked corn flour in a bowl with salt and add warm water. Mix everything well until a homogeneous dough forms, and let rest for 5 minutes before forming the bollos. If you want to add cheese to the bollos, it should be added at this time.
  2. With one hand, take one or two large bijao or corn husk leaves, and with the other, place the dough on them, covering with another leaf. Tie them.
