Directions
- Place 2 cups of pre-cooked corn flour in a bowl with salt and add warm water. Mix everything well until a homogeneous dough forms, and let rest for 5 minutes before forming the bollos. If you want to add cheese to the bollos, it should be added at this time.
- With one hand, take one or two large bijao or corn husk leaves, and with the other, place the dough on them, covering with another leaf. Tie them.
