nísperos and nances (loquats and nance fruits)

Directions
- Take a 1-liter empty bottle, add 25 nances and 20 seedless and peeled nísperos, then add ½ bottle of guaro with the 4 tablespoons of bee honey, reserve for a month to age and develop flavor. (The longer the better the flavor).
- The day it will be prepared, open it, strain it and in another separate bottle pour the strained liquor and ¼ cola syrup and stir. (You can refill with guaro, as the fruits release more juice).
- Serve half a glass in a tumbler glass and add plenty of ice and squeeze a slice of grapefruit.
