Ingredients
½ bottle(s) guaro (Costa Rican sugar cane liquor)
nísperos and nances (loquats and nance fruits)
4 bee honey
½ cup(s) cola syrup
ice
1 slice(s) grapefruit
Directions
  1. Take a 1-liter empty bottle, add 25 nances and 20 seedless and peeled nísperos, then add ½ bottle of guaro with the 4 tablespoons of bee honey, reserve for a month to age and develop flavor. (The longer the better the flavor).
  2. The day it will be prepared, open it, strain it and in another separate bottle pour the strained liquor and ¼ cola syrup and stir. (You can refill with guaro, as the fruits release more juice).
  3. Serve half a glass in a tumbler glass and add plenty of ice and squeeze a slice of grapefruit.
