Ingredients
1/2 flour
1 small box(es) sweet cream
1 1/2 bars of butter
1/2 prepared chiverre or chiverre preserve
Directions
  1. Mix in a bowl the flour, sweet cream, and butter.
  2. Knead until well compacted.
  3. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured table, cut out 20 round portions.
  4. Then fill them with the chiverre and close them with a fork. Place them in a greased and floured pan.
  5. Preheat the oven to 250°C and bake the empanadas for approximately 20 minutes until golden.
  6. (Yields 20 empanadas).
