Directions
- Wash very well, outside and inside, ensuring no odor remains.
- Season with lemon, salt, pepper and cumin.
- Cook in water for 30 minutes, remove and chop in bite-sized pieces that are fried in oil until golden.
- Serve immediately as appetizer with corn wraps or fried plantain slices.
