Directions
- Wash the corn and let it sprout in a container or banana leaf for three to five days. When sprouted, grind coarsely or pound grain by grain.
- Boil water in a pot. When boiling, add ground corn and immediately remove from heat.
- Transfer to a plastic container. When slightly cool, add dulce and yeast. Cover with cloth and keep well covered for two days until yeast rises and chicha develops its flavor.
- Strain and enjoy well chilled.
