Ingredients
1 piece(s) some corn
1 piece(s) dulce block
1 tbsp yeast
1 piece(s) plastic container
small cloth or towel
Directions
  1. Wash the corn and let it sprout in a container or banana leaf for three to five days. When sprouted, grind coarsely or pound grain by grain.
  2. Boil water in a pot. When boiling, add ground corn and immediately remove from heat.
  3. Transfer to a plastic container. When slightly cool, add dulce and yeast. Cover with cloth and keep well covered for two days until yeast rises and chicha develops its flavor.
  4. Strain and enjoy well chilled.
