Ingredients
2 piece(s) well-ripened chayotes
1/4 cup(s) cornstarch
1 cup(s) bread crumbs
1/2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
3 piece(s) eggs
1/2 cup(s) melted margarine
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp orange zest
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 cup(s) milk
Directions
  1. Cut each chayote into 4 slices and cook them, make a puree with the cooked chayotes and add the remaining ingredients, mix well.
  2. Grease a baking pan and pour in, place in a preheated oven at 320°F for 20 minutes or until golden, slice once it has cooled.
