50 piece(s) aguajes (moriche palm fruits)
5 piece(s) liters of water
500 gr sugar
Directions
  1. Soak the aguaje fruits for 1 hour before peeling them.
  2. With the help of a spoon, scrape the pulp from the fruits and deposit in a deep container.
  3. Dissolve the pulp in water, with the help of a mill, and add sugar. You can also blend everything.
  4. Serve in a tall glass with plenty of ice. If you want to prepare aguaje or moriche chicha, add grated panela to the chapo or aguaje juice, stir to dissolve it and let everything ferment for 2 days.
