gr red potatoes, peeled and halved

cup(s) hogao (Colombian tomato-onion sauce) [see p. 253]

cup(s) bread crumbs
pinch salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Heat oil and brown meat turning on all sides.
- Then place 262 in a pot with water and hogao to braise on high heat for 1 hour, covering pot very well.
- Add yuca, potatoes, herbs, salt and pepper and lower to medium heat.
- Let cook 30 more minutes.
- If necessary add bread crumbs to thicken sauce, let rest a few minutes and serve with white rice.
