Ingredients
1 kg flank steak or round (beef pulp)
3 piece(s) ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 piece(s) scallion stalks, chopped
1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
2 clove(s) garlic, chopped
2 piece(s) tablespoons oil
1/4 cup(s) oil
salt, pepper and cumin
Directions
  1. Grind the tomatoes, scallion, cilantro, garlic, and add a little oil and salt.
  2. Cut the meat in small pieces and marinate with this sauce; let sit for a while.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the meat with the seasonings until golden, grind finely and reheat in the same pan where it was fried.
