Ingredients
2 cup(s) barley flour
500 gr cooked, peeled and chopped potatoes
3 piece(s) hard-boiled eggs
125 gr butter
pinch salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying
Directions
  1. Toast the barley flour in a pan and then grind together with the potato, hard-boiled eggs, butter, salt and pepper to taste. Knead well and grind again.
  2. Then knead again to form canches or little balls, which are fried or baked until golden.
