piece(s) finely chopped scallion stalks

pinch salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Wash the fish well with hot water and a brush.
- Put water on the fire with onions, garlic, plantains, bell peppers, as well as salt and pepper to taste.
- When it boils, add the cuchas and let everything cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
- Serve hot sprinkling with chopped cilantro.
