Ingredients
125 gr passion fruit pulp (250-gram packages are available)
7 tsp instant coffee
7 tbsp white sugar
ice
pinch ground cinnamon to taste
1 piece(s) lime cut in half widthwise
a mixture of white sugar and ground cinnamon for frosting the glass rim
Directions
  1. In the blender place ice (1/3 of the glass), passion fruit pulp, sugar and instant coffee. Blend until the mixture has a creamy consistency and yellow color.
  2. Meanwhile, rim the glasses on a plate with the sugar and cinnamon mixture. To do this take half a lemon, pass it along the rim of the glass, and place the glass upside down on the mixture so the sugar and cinnamon adhere to the rim.
  3. Serve the cocktail in the rimmed glasses and sprinkle with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
