gr passion fruit pulp (250-gram packages are available)

a mixture of white sugar and ground cinnamon for frosting the glass rim
Directions
- In the blender place ice (1/3 of the glass), passion fruit pulp, sugar and instant coffee. Blend until the mixture has a creamy consistency and yellow color.
- Meanwhile, rim the glasses on a plate with the sugar and cinnamon mixture. To do this take half a lemon, pass it along the rim of the glass, and place the glass upside down on the mixture so the sugar and cinnamon adhere to the rim.
- Serve the cocktail in the rimmed glasses and sprinkle with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
