Ingredients
1 milk
120 gr amaretti
50 gr cocoa
200 gr sugar
1 cup(s) coffee
2 tbsp rum
2 tbsp Marsala
5 piece(s) eggs
Directions
  1. Boil the milk and let it cool.
  2. Finely crumble the amaretti and add them to the milk.
  3. Add the liquid coffee and the four tablespoons of marsala and rum.
  4. Separately, in a bowl, put the sugar, cocoa and the five eggs and beat them well until the cream is fluffy and smooth.
  5. Gradually incorporate the milk into the beaten eggs, mixing well.
  6. Caramelize a pudding mold with the sugar.
  7. Pour the mixture into the mold and cook it in a bain-marie in the oven at 200 °C for about thirty minutes.
  8. Then place the mold in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, turn it out and serve at room temperature.
