piece(s) ripe plantains
pinch sugar to taste
pinch salt to taste

Directions
- Peel yuca, cut in squares and leave in water for 2-3 days, after which grind well.
- Cook the ripe plantains with skin and all until they are soft. Remove, peel and mash.
- Add to the yuca dough the mashed plantain, oil, sugar and salt to taste.
- Knead this mixture well and form the arepas; put to roast on a griddle over plantain leaves.
