Ingredients

whole corvina without bones (approx. 2 kilos)

cloves of garlic

Directions
- Season the fish with salt, garlic, and lime juice. Place the eggs in a pot with water over heat, once cooked peel and chop them.
- Next, stuff the fish with the eggs and mushrooms, basting it with a little chicken broth. Also place onion and tomato slices on it, then place it in the oven covered with aluminum foil.
