Whole corvina stuffed with eggs and mushrooms, baked.

Ingredients
1 whole corvina without bones (approx. 2 kilos)
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp tablespoons of lemon juice
1 pinch pinch of salt
parsley (for garnish)
Directions
  1. Season the fish with salt, garlic, and lime juice. Place the eggs in a pot with water over heat, once cooked peel and chop them.
  2. Next, stuff the fish with the eggs and mushrooms, basting it with a little chicken broth. Also place onion and tomato slices on it, then place it in the oven covered with aluminum foil.
