gr bacon, cut in strips
capers (one for each bacon strip)

Directions
- Make a dough with the meat, cheese, bread, egg yolks, baking powder, salt and pepper.
- Knead well, let rest a bit, roll out with a rolling pin and cut circles using a cup.
- Brush with egg whites, arrange the crossed bacon strips on top, with a caper in the center; place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 300° for 20 minutes.
