Directions
- Cut the meat very thin and grill it on a grate for about 15 minutes, turning it.
- Remove and pound it well with a grinding stone (until almost shredded), add the vinegar, tomato, onion and salt; pound again (should be done quickly so it doesn't cool) and serve.
