Ingredients
1 kg beef, lean meat
500 gr green onions, chopped
2 piece(s) ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup(s) vinegar
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Cut the meat very thin and grill it on a grate for about 15 minutes, turning it.
  2. Remove and pound it well with a grinding stone (until almost shredded), add the vinegar, tomato, onion and salt; pound again (should be done quickly so it doesn't cool) and serve.
