Directions
- Put in a caldron, or thick-bottomed pot, 2 cups coconut milk to bring to high heat. Add sugar and stir constantly until mixture takes on caramel color and liquid has reduced. In this process, coconut oil separates from coconut milk and therefore preparation doesn't require oil. Therefore, it's essential not to neglect process and to continuously stir everything.
- When mixture has a dark caramel color, add raisins and continue cooking for 5 minutes.
