Directions
- Wash and clean the larvae, remove the guts and fry them in their own oil.
- When they are fried and have released plenty of oil, add the water, washed rice and other seasonings.
- When the rice opens and is tender, serve it hot accompanied with plantain, yuca or cooked sweet potato.
