Ingredients
250 gr mojojoy (palm weevil larvae)
1000 gr rice
8 cup(s) water
pinch garlic, onion and herbs to taste
pinch salt to taste
Directions
  1. Wash and clean the larvae, remove the guts and fry them in their own oil.
  2. When they are fried and have released plenty of oil, add the water, washed rice and other seasonings.
  3. When the rice opens and is tender, serve it hot accompanied with plantain, yuca or cooked sweet potato.
