2 L water
5 piece(s) Costa Rican lime
1 piece(s) dulce block
1 piece(s) small ginger
Directions
  1. Melt the dulce block in a pot with a little water over medium heat, then set aside and let cool.
  2. Cut the limes, add juice to 2 liters of water, and grate the ginger.
  3. Blend the grated ginger with a little water.
  4. Add 2 tablespoons of blended ginger to the lime water and sweeten to taste with dulce.
  5. Serve with ice.
