pinch salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions
- Peel the raw cidra-papa, wash, and cut in very thin slices.
- Put these in a cup and sprinkle with lemon and orange juice; add pepper and salt to taste, mix, and preserve –if possible in the refrigerator– in a container for 6 hours before serving.
