Ingredients
1 piece(s) cidra-papa of good size
3 piece(s) oranges or mandarins
1 piece(s) lime
pinch salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Peel the raw cidra-papa, wash, and cut in very thin slices.
  2. Put these in a cup and sprinkle with lemon and orange juice; add pepper and salt to taste, mix, and preserve –if possible in the refrigerator– in a container for 6 hours before serving.
