gr corn flour

gr aged and ground cuajada (better if not too fresh)

tsp baking powder

piece(s) beaten eggs

tsp salt (if needed)
Directions
- Sift the flour together with the baking powder.
- In a container, mix the sifted flour with the cuajada, eggs and, if necessary, the teaspoon of salt. Knead quite a bit until obtaining a smooth mixture.
- Divide this dough into 20-25 portions, and with the help of your hands form rather thick arepas.
- Put the almojábanas on a greased baking sheet and take to the oven preheated to 300 °F, until they rise and brown.
