Ingredients
2000 gr grated or ground white cheese
1500 gr corn flour
500 gr yuca starch
125 gr sugar
1/2 tbsp lard
4 piece(s) eggs, beaten
4 cup(s) water
Directions
  1. Mix all dry ingredients and combine with cheese, lard, eggs and half the water. Knead well while adding the rest of the water and, once the dough is homogeneous, let rest a while.
  2. Take portions to form rings or rolls. Put them on a greased pan and bring to preheated oven at 350°F for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden.
