Ingredients
1 kg chinchulín (beef intestines)
lemon juice
salt, pepper and cumin
oil
Directions
  1. Wash very well, outside and inside, ensuring no odor remains.
  2. Season with lemon, salt, pepper and cumin.
  3. Cook in water for 30 minutes, remove and chop in bite-sized pieces that are fried in oil until golden.
  4. Serve immediately as appetizer with corn wraps or fried plantain slices.
