Directions
- Soak the flour and let it air overnight.
- Crumble the curd and mix with the rice flour in a little warm water.
- Prepare the lengua vaca leaves; make a cone, leaving the dry vein facing up.
- Fill, close and secure by folding down and inserting the vein into one of the grooves.
- Steam cook for 40 minutes.
