Ingredients
1500 gr (1 1/2 kg) yuca (cassava), grated
1 piece(s) coconut, grated
1 piece(s) panela (unrefined cane sugar) in syrup
250 gr cheese, grated
2 tbsp chocolate spices (ground cinnamon and cloves)
pinch pinch of salt
Directions
  1. Put the grated yuca in a bowl, add the grated coconut (mix well), then the chocolate spices, syrup, cheese and salt.
  2. Knead everything well and pour into a previously greased mold.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°, for 20 minutes, until it passes the knife test.
