16 piece(s) medium beets, peeled
2 cup(s) water
1 cup(s) vinegar
1 tbsp dill, ground
6 piece(s) cloves
250 gr sugar
1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
pinch pinch of salt
Directions
  1. Put the beets and the rest of ingredients to cook in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes (after the first whistle).
  2. Remove and slice.
  3. Serve hot sprinkled with the parsley.
