Directions
- Cut the meat into 10 portions, pound with a hand stone until very thin, while sprinkling with salt and herbs.
- Dip in egg whites and pass through ground crackers.
- Fry in hot oil until golden on both sides.
- Garnish with lemon slices when serving.
- Serve with white rice and red beans.
