Traditional chicken salad with potatoes and mayonnaise.

Ingredients
1 kg chicken (preferably breast)
2 piece(s) iceberg lettuces
1 piece(s) small can of olive oil
2 piece(s) heads of garlic
1 piece(s) medium onion
1 kg potatoes cut into thin sticks
pinch pepper, mayonnaise and salt to taste
Directions
  1. Cook the chicken, cleaned and cut into small pieces, with the head of garlic crushed for 15 minutes.
  2. Then put the olive oil in a pan with the head of garlic crushed, when the garlic is well fried remove it and fry with the potatoes.
  3. Mix the chicken with the potatoes and the onion, add pepper to taste and remove from heat letting it cool.
  4. Finally mix with the mayonnaise and serve on lettuce leaves.
