Ingredients

kg chicken (preferably breast)
2
piece(s) iceberg lettuces
1
piece(s) small can of olive oil
2
piece(s) heads of garlic
1
piece(s) medium onion
1
kg potatoes cut into thin sticks
pinch pepper, mayonnaise and salt to taste
Directions
- Cook the chicken, cleaned and cut into small pieces, with the head of garlic crushed for 15 minutes.
- Then put the olive oil in a pan with the head of garlic crushed, when the garlic is well fried remove it and fry with the potatoes.
- Mix the chicken with the potatoes and the onion, add pepper to taste and remove from heat letting it cool.
- Finally mix with the mayonnaise and serve on lettuce leaves.
