Directions
- Prepare dough by mixing ingredients and kneading, form small balls and let rest few minutes.
- Mix all filling ingredients and sauté for 15 minutes.
- Flatten balls with fingers on greased board and fill.
- Form empanadas and fry in hot oil until golden.
- Also filled with cooked and shredded fish, crab meat or conch.
