Directions
- Sauté the garlic in olive oil, add the seafood then the parsley and tomato sauce.
- Cook the linguine in lightly salted water, drain al dente; toss with the seafood sauce and arrange in a foil packet.
- Bake in the oven at 200 °C for about five minutes.
- Serve immediately.
