400 gr linguine
150 gr cut squid
70 gr shrimp
70 gr cleaned mussels
150 gr tomato sauce
1 bunch parsley
3.5 dl extra virgin olive oil
1 clove(s) garlic
Directions
  1. Sauté the garlic in olive oil, add the seafood then the parsley and tomato sauce.
  2. Cook the linguine in lightly salted water, drain al dente; toss with the seafood sauce and arrange in a foil packet.
  3. Bake in the oven at 200 °C for about five minutes.
  4. Serve immediately.
