Directions
- In a pan, preferably earthenware, sauté the garlic with the oil until golden, add the small squid, prawns and scampi, let them flavor for a few minutes, pour in the wine, let it evaporate.
- Add the chopped parsley, tomato, mussels and clams already shelled with a little of their liquid, continuing to cook for about fifteen minutes.
- Cook the linguine separately in plenty of salted water, drain them al dente and dress them with the prepared sauce and chopped parsley.
