Linguine with Seafood

Ingredients
400 gr linguine
250 gr shelled mussels
200 gr shucked clams
200 gr shrimp tails
150 gr langoustine tails
150 gr small squid
300 gr diced tomato
1 dl olive oil
1 clove(s) garlic
1/2 cup(s) dry white wine
bunch chopped parsley
pinch salt
Directions
  1. In a pan, preferably earthenware, sauté the garlic with the oil until golden, add the small squid, prawns and scampi, let them flavor for a few minutes, pour in the wine, let it evaporate.
  2. Add the chopped parsley, tomato, mussels and clams already shelled with a little of their liquid, continuing to cook for about fifteen minutes.
  3. Cook the linguine separately in plenty of salted water, drain them al dente and dress them with the prepared sauce and chopped parsley.
