Directions
- Boil the milk and let it cool.
- Finely crumble the amaretti and add them to the milk.
- Add the liquid coffee and the four tablespoons of marsala and rum.
- Separately, in a bowl, put the sugar, cocoa and the five eggs and beat them well until the cream is fluffy and smooth.
- Gradually incorporate the milk into the beaten eggs, mixing well.
- Caramelize a pudding mold with the sugar.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and cook it in a bain-marie in the oven at 200 °C for about thirty minutes.
- Then place the mold in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, turn it out and serve at room temperature.
