5 dl cream
4 tbsp sugar
2 piece(s) sheets of gelatin
1 piece(s) vanilla bean
Directions
  1. Split the vanilla bean lengthwise.
  2. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the vanilla and four tablespoons of sugar.
  3. Place over low heat and warm, stirring continuously.
  4. When the mixture reaches boiling point, remove from heat, discard the vanilla and incorporate the gelatin, previously softened in lukewarm water and squeezed, stirring to dissolve it completely.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or into four individual molds and refrigerate to set for at least two hours.
